What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Event Staff position at AXXELLA STAFFING LLC?
SPIRE Academy is a rapidly expanding elite international boarding academy, performance camp, and multi-sport event center.
Positions require a minimum commitment of 15-20 hours per week or more, with scheduling based on business needs. Night and weekend availability is essential and greatly valued. SPIRE supports a wide range of events, including swimming, basketball, track, and banquets, along with a diverse array of responsibilities.
Event Staff will:
- Help to set up and tear down for special events.
- May be asked to seat patrons at events.
- Represent the company through a positivie attitude and customer service excellence.
- Works with Event Managers, Directors, catering staff and clients to coordinate and execute events.
- Must be able to work flexible hours - Nights and Weekends
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to pass a background check and/or provide a work permit if under 18.
- Ideally, an applicant will have experience in customer service.
