What you will do…

Partner with senior leadership to continually assess business needs and long-term growth plans of the organization.

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with global talent acquisition leaders.

Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Build and maintain relationships with external talent acquisition partners.

Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Collaborate with talent acquisition managers, specialists and functional leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.

Develop and mentor talent acquisition team members.

What you bring…

Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or Business Administration.

10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Experience leading teams in a dynamic recruiting environment.

Experience leading and managing initiatives while balancing daily talent acquisition delivering operational excellence in talent acquisition.

Ensure delivery of a diverse and robust pipeline of talent in the technology industry.

Experience with organizational change and project / program development.
