What you will do…
- Engage Axxessians to drive a high-performance culture through cross-team collaboration.
- Build credible and trusting relationships with managers and employees to help facilitate effective employee communications and relations
- Embrace and encourage innovation, creativity and problem-solving
- Identify, develop and facilitate trainings that will enhance skill development and career growth
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Empower the sharing of ideas through a culture of diversity and inclusion
- Provide guidance to employees and leaders on various HR topics and issues
What you bring…
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Deep knowledge of a broad range of Human Resource disciplines
- Experience supporting global markets is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technology industry experience preferred
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate ability to identify and implement HR policies
- Track record of flexibility, sound business judgement and problem-solving
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
