Interested? We are looking for our next Clerk to join the Customs department in Port Huron, Champlain or Derby-Line.

Your main tasks will be:
- Manage email inbox and forward to appropriate department as needed
- Prepare customs transactions
- Prepare and present certain paper entries (vehicle, firearm, etc.)
- Prepare export permits
- Complete customs transactions according to access and responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients
- Identify missing information and/or documents and communicate with the appropriate parties (customers, suppliers)
- Ensure proper document management of various files
- Work as part of a team with other departments.
- All other related tasks
What we are looking for:
- You have experience in customer service and data entry.
- You are fluent English, so you can communicate with future colleagues and customers across USA and Canada.
- You are comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- You are autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
