- Demonstrate the value propositions of Axxess’ solutions and services and deliver the message to prospective clients via phone
- Manage all contacts and leads in Salesforce to process all opportunities accurately and efficiently
- Prepare itineraries and expense reports
- Responsible for managing pipeline, opportunities, and coordinate sales activities
- Excel at qualifying each opportunity properly to ensure the right level of follow through and commitment
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with the sales cycle
- Home Healthcare and Hospice experience
- Grit - A “hunter” mentality and adept in using creative efforts in cold calling process
- Experience working with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
- Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
- A consistent track record of successfully selling products/services
