- Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from design and planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet client needs and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions with existing infrastructure and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients and end-users.
- 2 or more years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Experience in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet client requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
