Full Job Description
We are a mid-sized law firm specializing in mortgage default servicing in all six (6) New England states, seeks a foreclosure attorney for its growing residential/commercial default servicing practice; the candidate must have experience with foreclosing mortgages in Massachusetts. Preference given to candidates with experience foreclosing mortgages in Rhode Island and/or Connecticut. Title litigation experience a plus.
License/Certification:
Bar license of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Required)
Connecticut bar license (Preferred)
Bar license for the State of Rhode Island (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02129
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
