Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets and contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with Maintenance Project Managers to ensure seamless project transitions
- Participate in horticulture, equipment, and safety training for field staff
- 5 years of professional landscape experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field (desired)
- 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with BlueBeam software (preferred)
- Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, with the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
