About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled School Social Worker to join our team in Gurnee, IL. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and guidance to students

• Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' needs

• Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• An active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Illinois
• At least 2 years of experience working with students in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
