**To Be Successful**
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- At least one year of experience as an RRT
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management, EKG interpretation, and ABG analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and wean patients from mechanical ventilation
