Requirements:
- RPh Certification
- Inpatient / Acute care experience
- Proficiency in anticoagulants, clinical dosing, geriatric dosing, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapeutic med monitoring, warfarin dosing, antibiotics, compounding, IV piggyback, IV push medications, mixers for TPN, and sterile technique
