Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to be a Project Manager for implementing Workdays Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and HRIS modules for a diverse workforce of over 40,000 employees. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure a seamless implementation that remains on schedule. Additionally, the Project Manager will partner closely with external vendors, including our implementation partner to achieve successful project outcomes.
This role is intended to last 12-14 months. This position can be remote with PST, MST, or CST working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with other stakeholders on the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with Ayas strategic objectives across HR technology, employee experience, business processes, data strategy, finance, payroll, benefits, talent management, and service delivery,
- Act as Ayas Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, system configuration, and optimization.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure a seamless Workday rollout.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Serve as an advocate and trusted advisor, ensuring Workday delivers value across the organization.
- Assist with documentation, collateral creation, configuration, scheduling coordination, and prioritization of workstreams.
