About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, medihaler, metered dose inhaler, hand held, t-piece, trach collar, high flow nasal cannula (hfnc), trach collar, bipap, cpap, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, cpap/nasal cpap/bipap, respiratory syncytial virus, transient tachypnea of the newborn, abg interpretation, chest physiotherapy: vest, chest physiotherapy, drawing arterial blood gases
