JOB TITLE : Senior Management Analyst
CONTRACT DURATION : 13 weeks
SHIFT : M-F 8-5pm
LOCATION : Farmington, CT
ONBOARDING TIME : Expect 2-3 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.
DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior Programmer Analyst will work alongside existing staff on activities related to PeopleSoft SAP Concur Service Now other.
Accounting / finance related applications or responsibilities.
These responsibilities could include but are not limited to system configuration testing training data mining reporting customer support level 1-3 error solutioning policies and procedures.
The role will also be expected to assist with various other hands-on activities as required based on workload.
The role requires a solid understanding of accounting and reporting processes and must demonstrate proven abilities and success with ERPs PeopleSoft preferred MS Office and SAP Concur applications either as an end user or in a support role.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner delivering clear requests for information demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts to a manager.
Requirements :
- 7 years professional experience with 3-5 years with an ERP system.
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of SAP Concur preferred
- experience with Finance and Supply Chain ERP systems (PeopleSoft Preferred).
- Preferred Applications : SAP Concur Oracle PeopleSoft Service Now SmartSheets MS365 SQL and VBA programing language preferred.
- Advanced user in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal analytical and oral / written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to perform and work within scheduled deadlines is required.
