Under the guidance of the Director of Finance Transformation, the Senior Accountant will enhance financial efficiency and accuracy through initiatives that streamline accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of accounting principles and software, a strong understanding of the interplay between accounting and operational functions, and the ability to identify and implement opportunities for automation with the support of leadership.
This role will be hybrid in office / remote.

Responsibilities :
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting processes, reduce close timelines, and improve the accuracy and speed of financial reporting, ultimately enhancing team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Compile and analyze financial data from various sources to prepare general ledger entries and document business transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and reliable data flow for faster, more accurate reporting.
- Contribute to transformational projects in the accounting function, delivering measurable improvements by reducing errors, manual interventions, and turnaround times in financial reporting.
- Manage ad hoc accounting projects, including acquisition integrations and other high-impact initiatives.
- Maintain a client-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional internal customer service.
