Pharmacist Inpatient Position
Aya Healthcare is seeking a skilled Pharmacist Inpatient to join our team in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and dosages for patients in an inpatient setting
- Maintain accurate records of patient medication regimens
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Monitor and adjust medication regimens as needed
Requirements:
- Current BLS and RPh certifications
- State licensure
- At least one year of experience in inpatient/acute care pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulants, cardiac dosing, and more
