Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with intubation, extubation, and tracheostomy procedures
- Operate ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and other respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Requirements:
- Current RRT certification
- Experience working in adult critical care, emergency departments, or pediatrics
- Skills in aerosol therapy, humidification, and suctioning
- Knowledge of respiratory medications and their administration
- Ability to troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and ventilator malfunctions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
