Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in adult critical care settings
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify respiratory problems and develop effective treatment plans
- Operate and maintain various types of ventilators and other life-support equipment
- Administer medications and perform procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient status and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required
- Current RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- State license to practice as an RRT
- At least one year of experience in adult critical care settings preferred
