Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-level disinfection (HLD) procedures on medical equipment
- Operate washers/sterilizers to ensure proper sterilization
- Organize and prepare instrument trays for surgical procedures
- Select and wrap instruments correctly using sterile materials
- Assemble and test sets/trays for various surgical specialties, including general, OB/GYN, orthopedics, robotics, and vascular
Requirements
- IHHA/HSPA certification required
- At least one year of experience in sterile processing or a related field
