- Support Staff: 1 Anesthesiologist, 4 full-time CRNAs, 2 part-time CRNAs
- Coverage: Full-time
- Patient Volume: 4,000 cases annually (approx. 380 per month)
- Patient Demographics: Pediatrics to adults
- Case Mix: 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient, no trauma cases
- EMR System: EPIC
- Hospital Size: 199 beds
- Required Skills: Proficiency with healthy pediatric cases
- Board Certification: Required
- State License: Active license required
- DEA: Not required
- Certifications: ACLS required
- Timeline: 60-90 days, temp privileges offered with clean background
