- Amount of coverage needed per month : 4 x 10 per week
- Patients per day : 26 for OR or cases for Endoscopy

- Skills required : OR or Endoscopy (No heads, hearts, OB, or PEDS)
Requirements :
Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days for temps, 90 days for full privileges
