Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management. You will also be required to:
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program
- An active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Wyoming
- National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting
