- Patients per Day: 30
- Responsibilities:
- Provide care on an outpatient basis, including pre-operative care for minor surgeries
- Deliver care, treatment, and referrals; arrange referral resources for medical specialties not provided by the clinic
- Evaluate patients through physical examinations to establish a diagnosis and treatment plan
- Perform clinical procedures within the scope and skill of the practitioner and economically feasible
- Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director
- Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
- Board Certification: Yes
- License Required: Active OR license and DEA
- Minimum Experience: Urgent Care
