The Territory Manager, Provider Solutions will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. He or she will focus on strategically selected key accounts not currently contracted with Aya Healthcare. The Territory Manager, Provider Solutions will excel in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcares suite of highly differentiated services and software, making a significant impact on both new clients, and the healthcare staffing industry. This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities :
- Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business
- Convey Aya Healthcares unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new Locum Tenens business
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Locum Tenens services
- Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
- Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement

What We Offer :
Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $38.46 to $43.27 hourly, which equates to $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your managers discretion.
