- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Address billing inquiries and efficiently process insurance claims.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for precise data entry and record management.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
