Ayden Healthcare of Rosemount Pavilion seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Warrior.

We welcome new graduates – 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available.

Open interviews take place on any business day from 11am to 3pm.

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Works well in a team-like atmosphere, exhibits excellent patience and compassion towards all residents.
2. Maintains exceptional customer service and prioritizes resident well-being.
3. Experience in overseeing multiple units within a skilled nursing facility.
4. Delivering quality nursing care to patients.
5. Collecting patient data.
6. Making daily resident observations.
7. Reporting pertinent information to patient care.
8. Working together with other staff in a cohesive team-like environment.
9. Directs and supervises other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be a caring individual, dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents.

Must work well with other staff but able to work independently.

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Ohio.

Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
