Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking an MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
The MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don't forget...
- An active Massachusetts state RN or LPN license (as applicable) is required.

Salary
LPN: $83,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
RN: $95,000 - $102,000 per year (DOE)
