Job Summary: The Restaurant Trainer is responsible for training and certifying new team members at new restaurant openings and existing locations. This role involves facilitating training sessions, ensuring team members understand company standards, and supporting ongoing training needs.

Job Summary: The Restaurant Trainer is responsible for training and certifying new team members at new restaurant openings and existing locations. This role involves facilitating training sessions, ensuring team members understand company standards, and supporting ongoing training needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lives 15:1 (Our food is amazing but our service is 15 times greater and OTT stands for Over the Top) We strive to be better than great at everything we do.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Facilitate hands-on training for new product launches and initiatives.
- Provide feedback and support to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support underperforming restaurants with targeted training plans.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the company.
- Previous experience in a training role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in training or hospitality is a plus.
