The Courville at Nashua-Aynsley is a small assisted living community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a Med Tech/LNA to join our dedicated team:

- Ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents
Med Tech Responsibilities (3 Days a Week):
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Report directly to nurse on duty
- Complete tasks as a team-player
LNA Responsibilities (2 Days a Week):
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers.
- Provide basic medical care and support under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Document resident care and communicate observations to the healthcare team.
- Offer companionship and engage residents in social activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Med Tech certification or license.
- Valid LNA certification/license.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety measures.
