What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant, Real Estate Operations coordinator position at Aynu LLC?
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day operations and provide support for various administrative functions for Aynu LLC
- Coordinate logistics for travel and events
- Manages calendars and schedules maintenance activities
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Operational Assistant, or similar role.
- A track record of consistently exceeding customer service expectations, driving revenue, and managing budgets.
- Prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all leases and related paperwork
- Manage applications, move-in information, lease files, renewal letters and any other administrative work related to leasing and resident relations.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Weekly property drive throughs and inspection of short term rentals within the Waukegan & Gurnee area
- Maintain website and social media management
- Processes bills and receipts
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Advanced skills in Zoom/Meet and settings.
- Proven experience with Google Calendar, Trello, and Mailchimp.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with additional project management and communication tools.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
