The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and experience in bid tracking and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full bid lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, coordinating internal reviews, tracking deadlines, and ensuring submission compliance;
- Identify and implement workflow enhancements, process automation, and internal collaboration tools to improve the efficiency of tracking, assessing, responding to, and reporting on offtake opportunities;
- Track and analyze procurement outcomes, gathering insights to refine future proposals and improve success rates;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify future commercial opportunities, buyer's needs, and innovative bid structures;
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and key insights for management;
- Support the integration of commercial data with cross-functional internal platforms and tools to ensure consistency across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Engineering, Energy Markets, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- 1-4 years of experience in energy markets, commercial analytics, consulting, origination, or a related field;
- Familiarity with renewable energy markets, storage technologies, or power purchase agreements is a plus;
- Strong analytical and research skills, with an ability to synthesize complex market data, preferably within the renewable, battery storage, or power markets;
- Ability to work cross-functionally to support commercial deal flow, opportunity tracking, bid development and drive internal alignment and process improvements;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports;
- Experience with CRM tools, bid tracking platforms, or project proposal development;
- Proficiency in data organization, process, and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Experience working with the following tools is strongly preferred: Microsoft's Power Platform, Power Automate, Dynamics365, Copilot, relational databases, Power Query, GIS, API integrations.
- Salary: A base salary commensurate with experience.
