Salesforce Technical Lead

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce architectures.
• Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
