You will join a strong professional team in a collaborative atmosphere to develop proposals and support design efforts on private client projects. Your work will involve general site civil, including land development or redevelopment projects.
On a given day, you'll :
- Directs and / or designs plans, calculates, and prepares engineering documents in accordance with the latest prevailing codes
- Prepares and monitors project budgets and responsible for project schedules and the timely completion of projects
- Work with private clients for various site development
- Prepare permit applications and submittals
- Participate in presentations, interviews, and project and client meetings
- Serve as a designated client contact

Our good-faith compensation approach is fair and equitable, and takes into consideration only permissible factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, training, skills, and experience, and geographic location where the work is performed. A salary range for this posting is $96,000-$130,000. The foregoing salary range represents what the company believes, in good-faith, it will pay for the posted opportunity. The individual selected for this role will be evaluated with the compensation factors in mind and placed appropriately.
