About the Role
Ayres Associates is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team as a Survey CADD Technician/Drafter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing survey maps, reducing field notes, and processing field data to meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare survey maps under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor using AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation.
- Reduce field notes and process field data to meet client specifications.
- Request utility locates and conduct survey records research in various counties online.
- Conduct and support field-work efforts, when warranted.
- Attend project-related meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience in Civil3D/AutoCAD.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
