What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect - 0-3 Years of Experience position at Ayres?
The Ayres Midwest Landscape Architecture team seeks an entry-level landscape designer in the Eau Claire studio. We are a mid-sized group committed to improving lives and bettering communities through high-quality design, a diverse project focus, and a passion for creating more vibrant places for people. We prioritize work-life balance and provide a friendly and inclusive environment for our staff.
The Landscape Architecture team is organized within a full-service, multidisciplinary Development Services group that includes economic development professionals, environmental scientists, and planners. The group frequently works across Ayres divisions, with civil and transportation engineers, geospatial professionals, architects, and more. This complex depth and breadth of professionals allows staff to work through project inception through the construction administration phase in-house, with access to all the supporting expertise a project may demand.
What sets Ayres apart in the industry is our foothold in both the private and public design sectors. This allows us to explore a diverse variety of project types, including in-depth community engagement and community partnerships through complex construction document sets and highly technical detail creation. This varied project portfolio fosters learning and professional development that benefits our team as well as our clients.
This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented, and motivated individual to join a team of outstanding professionals as we expand our multi-disciplinary team across the upper Midwest.
