Ayres MEP division is seeking to hire a full-time mechanical designer. You’ll be working with a great group of people on a diverse variety of projects. On any given day, you’ll:
- Model buildings using Revit family of tools.
- Preform HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design.
- Run energy calculations using Trane Trace and EnergyPro.
- Run ventilation and indoor air quality calculations, as well as a variety of plumbing calculations.
- May be called upon to complete 2D-drafting using AutoCAD tools.
- Coordinate mechanical design with electrical and architectural team.
Required qualifications:
- An associates degree in mechanical design, bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering with an emphasis on mechanical.
Desired skills and experiences:
- Strong modeling skills.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with calculation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

A salary range for this posting is $65000 - $90000. The foregoing salary range represents what the company believes, in good-faith, it will pay for the posted opportunity.
