About us
Ayur Interventional and Vascular Care is an Interventional Radiology medical practice in Garden City, NY. We are a new practice started by a physician with many years of experience. We perform minimally invasive surgical procedures in the office based lab including but not limited to prepheral vascular disease, varicose veins, uterine fibroid embolization, and an aray of oncology procedures. In addition, we perform cosmetic procedures including wrinkle minimizing procedures and dermal filler. We are professional and agile.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office
- Manage and supervise staff, including schedules, training, performance evaluations and staff records
- Develop, implement , and oversee office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely appointments
-Supervising the patient registration process
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage finances for the medical office including budgeting and payroll.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Maintain electronic health record systems (Epic)
- Monitor inventory and order medical and office supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
-Experience working in an Interventional Radiology or Surgical setting a plus.
- Strong knowledge of practice management principles and medical office operations
- Experience in managing medical staff and supervising employees
- Familiarity with managed care contracts and financial management in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting in a medical office setting
