As an Ayusa Community Representative, you’ll play a vital role in placing and supporting international exchange students with loving host families. This flexible, rewarding position lets you work from home, engage with schools and families, and even earn travel opportunities while making a difference!

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for local high schools to determine student placement procedures.
- Recruit, screen, and qualify host families to ensure a supportive and stable environment for exchange students.
- Conduct home visits and interviews with potential host families.
- Support students and host families throughout the program, including monthly check-ins and reports.
- Organize and participate in student and host family orientations.
- Provide assistance and conflict resolution support when needed.
- Work independently to market the program through outreach and networking.
- Complete all required training and paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Sales, community outreach, or recruitment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of local school systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for cultural exchange and working with high school students.
- Ability to organize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
