We are looking for reliable and professional Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account based in Arcadia, FL. This position offers consistent freight, predictable scheduling, and daily home time, providing stability and a strong work-life balance.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: Earn $1,300 per week, with performance-based bonuses
• Per-Mile Rates: Competitive pay between $0.43 – $0.51 per mile
• Short Haul Bonus: Additional $30 per load for runs under 90 miles
• Miles: Average 2,200 miles per week, with two runs daily
• Orientation Pay: $300 total ($150 per day) upon hiring

Freight & Routes

• Freight Type: Live unload and slip-seat operations
• Service Area: Runs within Florida for local, consistent deliveries
• Daily Runs: 2 dedicated runs per day

Home Time

• Home Daily: Be home every day while earning competitive pay
• Schedules: Night shifts (Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday)
• Flexibility: Availability required for weekends and holidays

Equipment

• Modern Fleet: Late-model Freightliners (average age 1.5 years)
• Transmission Options: Mix of 10-speed manual and automatic trucks

Key Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently within Florida
• Complete two daily runs, maintaining on-time deliveries
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety compliance
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Experience: Minimum 6 months OTR experience required
• Location: Must live within commuting distance of Arcadia, FL (Zip codes 34269 or 33982)
• Drug Testing: Must pass hair & urine drug tests
• Availability: Flexible for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
