We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist who is committed to providing excellent dental care. This position requires working 2 days per week, offering a balance between professional growth and personal commitments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial oral screenings and assess oral health conditions of patients.
- Create detailed treatment plans for each patient.
- Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, crowns, root canals, and filling cavities.
- Install and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures.
- Apply teeth whitening techniques as required.
- Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality in compliance with healthcare and legal requirements.
- Offer guidance and advice on maintaining proper oral health and preventative dental care.
- Keep abreast of advancements in dental research and the latest technologies that improve treatment efficiency and outcomes.
- Engage with other staff members as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications as necessary, keeping in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and practices on-site.
