Responsibilities:
- Diligently perform all tasks outlined on repair orders in adherence to dealership standards
- Conduct thorough test-drives and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle components and systems
- Diagnose, service, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Maintain clear communication with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications while executing warranty repairs
