The Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager position at Copper Blues Desert Ridge & Desert Ridge Improv is an instrumental part of the concept creation and menu development process . Were looking for a leader who can inspire their team to believe in the experiences theyre creating.
As the Kitchen Manager, your culinary vision is the first step in building unique concepts and the implementation and follow through of your processes will maintain that vision for the restaurants existence.
Role Responsibilities : Youll be responsible for the daily operations of kitchen, station production and daily paperwork, execution of live checklist, procedures and more!
Minimum Requirements :
- Culinary experience : 5 years (Required)
- Cooking : 5 years (Required)
- Knowledge of high volume kitchen operations
- Ability to run all kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food costs, labor costs, and product costs
- Skill in cooking, cost controls, and management
- Crew development, and crew training procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 150 lbs.
