Responsibilities include :
- Greet all patients and their escorts / family members when they arrive
- Check patients in; confirming treatment / appointment type; notify back office when the patient has arrived
- Create patient profiles for new patients; verify all documentation and collect payments
- Answer phone calls from patients and referring doctors; confirming appointments and answering questions
Qualifications :
- Willing to travel for training
- Professional and positive attitude and desire to grow
- Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities
