- Duration: 8 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
- Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (4 On 2 Off Schedule)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Pay Details:
- For Travelers/Stipend:
- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $46.00
- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,840.00
- Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $15.00
- Minimum Hourly Stipend: $31.00
- Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $600.00
- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,240.00
OR
For Locals:
- Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $37.00
- Weekly W2 Pay Rate: $1,480.00
Requirements:
- 1 Year LPN Exp.
- Active LPN license and BLS required
- COVID Vaccination and DL.
