Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient care through case management processes, ensuring that clinical care and services are delivered in a coordinated and effective manner.
Compensation:
- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $69.00
- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,760.00
- Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.00
- Minimum Hourly Stipend: $39.00
Qualifications:
- Required Experience: 2 years
- Certifications Required: BLS, AK RN License
- Preferred Certification: ACM-RN
- Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office/Teams
- Epic
- Utilization Review (UR) Experience
- InterQual
