Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical programs within the Infrastructure Team, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage software lifecycle processes.
- Engage in technical discussions to identify and resolve project blockers.
- Track and optimize project execution using Agile methodologies (JIRA or Google equivalents).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in program management (preferably software-related).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in software lifecycle management and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- SQL skills (for data querying, dashboard creation).
