Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist with patient assessments and document relevant information in medical records.
- Provide care for patients in specialized areas such as PICU, ophthalmology, and occupational health.
- Perform specimen collection processing and assist in infection control protocols.
- Support primary care services by educating patients on health management and wellness practices.
- Engage in toddler care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic or hospital environment.
Skills
- Proficient in infection control practices and procedures.
- Experience in operating room (OR) settings is a plus.
- Strong skills in specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures.
- Knowledge of primary care practices and internal medicine principles.
