Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Care team on an 8-month temporary contract. The role involves analyzing data from multiple sources, extracting meaningful insights, and preparing impactful presentations for the Executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, effectively communicate insights, and possess a strong ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to uncover trends, identify metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage statistical and analytical expertise to provide meaningful insights.
- Presentation Preparation and Delivery:
- Coordinate and manage timelines to ensure all relevant data, metrics, and trends are compiled and incorporated into executive presentation materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on presentation objectives and key takeaways.
- Data Storytelling:
- Present data insights in the context of the customer experience, transforming complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create visually appealing and informative slides tailored for leadership and executive audiences.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries in a professional setting.
- 3 years of experience performing data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
- 3 years of experience creating high-quality presentations for leadership or executive audiences.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL:
- Ability to write complex queries, optimize query performance, and ensure data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Python:
- Skilled in processing and performing data analysis tasks using Python.
- Communication Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing text data, including customer feedback or customer support data.
- Familiarity with text analytics techniques, including topic modeling and language models.
- Previous experience working with customer care or feedback-related datasets.
