Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with teams on product design and suggest improvements.
- Evaluate and enhance AI tutoring products based on pedagogical best practices.
- Prototype new education features to improve learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a high school/college educator or tutor.
- College degree in education, instructional design, computer science, or related field.
- Strong writing skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in pedagogy and learning sciences.
- Experience with EdTech products and AI tools.
- Data analysis skills and experience in professional development for educators.
