AZAD is seeking a Sr. Tableau Developer for a W2 contract full-time position based in Austin, TX Schedule : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. Monday - Friday OnsiteAssignment Duration : The initial assignment length is 6-months with a high probability of being extended. Compensation & Benefits : The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $45.00 - $50.00. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.Essential Functions : Tableau Development & VisualizationDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Creator to support business decision-making.Create insightful and visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate trends and key insights.Data Flow & PreparationDevelop and deploy efficient data flows using Tableau Prep, ensuring data is cleansed, transformed, and prepared for analysis.Automate and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.Data Analysis & ResearchPerform in-depth data analysis and research to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.Programming & Database Management (Preferred)Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and automation to enhance analytical capabilities.Develop scripts and queries for data processing and integration with Tableau.Geospatial Analysis (Preferred)Apply geospatial analysis tools such as ESRI to integrate and visualize location-based data when required.Collaboration & DocumentationWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.Document data models, dashboards, and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.Minimum Qualifications : 10 years' experience creating products with Tableau Creator8 years' experience creating and deploying data flows with Tableau Prep4 years' skills in data analysis and data research workPreferred : Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with geospatial analysis platforms, such as ESRIAbout us : AZAD is looking for bright, talented, flexible, and customer centric problem solvers who enjoy the challenges associated with solving the most complex problems by utilizing the most sophisticated technologies and strong people skills.
